About Woven Word
The process of weaving a tapestry by hand takes time. Each thread is intricately put in place by the thoughtful hands of the one weaving it together. The inspiration behind Woven Word is to remind you that God desires to create a beautiful masterpiece within you. He longs for you to weave His Word in and out of your daily life, letting Him intricately and patiently apply truth in all circumstances. It is a process that will take a lifetime to complete.
God’s Word is such a gift. It is alive and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). It contains all we need to walk in truth. All scripture is breathed out and inspired by the Lord (2 Timothy 3:16). My heart is that this blog will encourage you to know God more intimately as you seek Him among the pages of scripture.
Alecia lives in Louisiana with her husband, Chris, and their two children, Parker and Avery. She is passionate about God’s Word, writing, and leading worship. She also loves traveling and tracking down her next favorite Mexican restaurant. :-)
